Rebecca Scott is the Chief Program Officer at FASPE, where she leads the recruitment, execution, and curriculum development for FASPE’s six flagship fellowship programs. These programs focus on professional ethics and ethical leadership for graduate students and early-career professionals across business, clergy, journalism, law, medicine, and technology.
In addition, she oversees alumni engagement and curates ongoing programming on ethical issues for an alumni network of more than 1,000 professionals.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Holocaust & Genocide Studies from Kean University. Following her graduate studies, she worked as an Academic Specialist, organizing workshops, lectures, and conferences featuring internationally recognized scholars. She also played a key role in planning the first multinational study delegation to sites of former genocide.

Before joining FASPE, Rebecca worked in higher education as an editor, project manager, and lecturer, teaching courses in history and writing. She has designed and taught multiple courses on genocide, human rights, and the history, literature, and philosophical implications of the Holocaust.

She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two cats.
