Roselin Rosario-Meléndez, PhD, is a chemist, inventor, and scientific consultant specializing in polymer science, cosmetic formulation, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements. She earned her BS in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico and her PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Rutgers University, where she researched polymers for controlled drug delivery. With 15 years of industry experience and more than 50 patents, she has developed innovative technologies across cosmetics, ingredients, and medical devices. As the founder of RRM Inventive Solutions Hub, LLC, she advises companies on formulation development, ingredient functionality, innovation strategy, and translating scientific research into high-performance, market-ready products.
