Magdia De Jesus, PhD is a scientific strategy and translational medicine leader in Pfizer’s Chief Medical Office, where she serves as Director of Scientific Strategy, Business Operations, and Portfolio Lead. She operates at the intersection of science, clinical development, and business to advance portfolio strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise medical priorities. Previously, she was a Professor and Principal Investigator in Microbiology, Immunology, and Infectious Diseases, with research focused on medically important fungi and vaccine innovation. Dr. De Jesus is a strong advocate for mentorship and STEM education and is currently pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship at Babson College.
