I am a fourth-year PhD candidate at University of Wisconsin–Madison in the laboratory of Andrea Galmozzi. My research focuses on adipose tissue lipid metabolism and its role in systemic energy homeostasis. Specifically, I investigate how the PCK1 and PCK2 in adipose tissue regulate lipid oxidation and storage in. By integrating molecular and multi-omics approaches, my work aims to uncover mechanisms that govern adipose tissue function and contribute to metabolic health and disease.
