Prior to joining Lilly, she spent four years at Pfizer advancing research in obesity and adipose biology. She earned her PhD in Genetics from Harvard University and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at MIT, specializing in the application of stable isotope tracing to investigate cancer metabolism. Dr. Lau's research interests center on developing a quantitative understanding of the metabolic pathways that drive metabolic disease.
